Surf II: The End of the Trilogy was conceived while under the influence of painkillers after writer/director Randall Badat injured himself in a surfing accident - and it certainly shows. It’s part teen sex comedy and part surreal experiment, in which a scheming mad scientist plots to turn his greatest enemies - the surfers - into mindless, trash-eating zombies. His
means of revenge is a weaponized caffeinated beverage called Buzzz Cola. It’s up a young Eric Stotlz and Stoltz and his buddy to ruin this evil plan so that the weekend surfing contest can still go on.
